More Presentations

Both Harry Hall and Tony Griffiths have decided to retire from walk leading after much service. They were both presented with certificates and pens at (or just after) the 2021 AGM. Also Vanessa was presented with a certificate for going above and beyond.

AGM 2021

We held this year’s AGM in person on November 8th after a walk leader meeting. We were pleased to welcome 4 new members (one of whom used to be our Chair) to the committee, Chris Jay was presented with the Alf Clewes Shield which she richly desrved.

Thursday Town Park Walks restart

Thanks to Colin the Telford Town Park walk on a Thursday has restarted. We were sorry not to be offering a walk in this ideal spot, so this is very good news. It’ s a level 2, 1 hour walk that is suitable for wheel chairs and buggies.

New Walk Leaders

We have had 3 new walk leaders recently. Two have already received their certificates with another due to receive theirs on Monday 21st. Here are Chris and Derek at Asda with our chair and co-ordinator and some of the Level 2 walkers.

Stirchley Walk Moving to a new time on Mondays
