You are warmly invited to our 7th Annual General Meeting.
This will be held at 2 pm for 2.30 pm on Thursday 3rd November in the Walker Room at Meeting Point House.

the 2021 AGM minutes; Appendix 1 (Chair’s report 2021), Appendix 1a (Working Party Report 2021) ; Appendix 2 ( Co-ordinator’s report 2021); Appendix 3 (Treasurer’s Report 2021) . We will project these as needed at the AGM but will not distribute paper copies.
We hope to see as many of you as possible at the meeting. After the business meeting. there will be time to talk to fellow leaders and walkers and there will be a short, mainly walking-themed, quiz with a small prize for the winning team. This email is going out to our contact list. If we need any votes at the meeting then it will be leaders and registered walkers on our scheme that can vote. If you were walking with us before Covid you should be registered.
